Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented condiment/side dish.
Together we will cover all of the basic methods to help you get started making your own Kimchi at home. Each person will make and take their own jar with them.
This class is for all levels of experience, students must be at least 13 and accompanied by a parent.
All the supplies/ingredients will be provided, please bring your own kitchen knife if you wish.
Spice level set to your desire, from mild to hot. We will be following the Traditional recipe/method, however vegan options are also available.
